A very bright color presenting a delicate salmon pink shade. It is scattered with fine carbon dioxide bubbles. You will experience all of the sweetness of the red berries (strawberry, redcurrant, raspberry), and blue flowers (iris, violet). A nose typical of Cabernet Franc. The attack on the palate is subtle, fresh, and lively. The notes of acidic sweets and red fruits reinforce the youthful effect of this fine Crémant Rosé and temper its structural vivacity. Fine and balanced. Pairs well with salad, barbeque, spicy dishes, white meat, salmon, shrimp, crevettes, Mediterranean dishes
