White Wines

Chateau d’Ollieres Blanc Classique 2022

  • Provence

  • 90% Vermintino
    10% ugni blanc

  • A bright lemon color. It is refreshing and very complex. On the nose, white peaches and fresh flowers. Taste of citrus, lemon, pear, with a finish of light minerality. Would pair well with anything but specifically seafood, oysters, fish, salad, great as an aperitif

Jean-Marc & Mathieu Crochet Sancerre Chêne Marchand “Merchant Oak” 2022

  • Sancerre

  • 100% Sauvignon Blanc

  • This wine pours to a pale yellow with silvery reflections. It offers a subtle first impression on the nose and upon aeration, aromas of mandarin oranges, honeysuckle, and anise. On the palate, it reveals itself to be subtle and creamy with just the right liveliness on the finish. Notes of orange peel and white chocolate pleasantly prolong the palate. It is recommended to allow this wine to age at least 3 years to enjoy the maximum tasteful notes that the Chêne Marchand has to offer.

Domaine du Père Guillot Chablis 2022 & 2023

  • Burgundy

  • 100% Chardonnay

  • Citrus and white flower aromas with dry, lean, light-bodied flavors of citrus, pear, minerality, and salinity. Chablis rarely displays flavors of butter – an indication of oak-aging. One of the most desirable traits in quality Chablis is a long, tingly finish of high acidity, and flint-like minerality. Pairs well with lighter meats and fishes including chicken, quail, trout, bass, halibut, cod, clams or scallops.

Château de Fresne L’Explosif Sauvignon Blanc 2022

  • Loire Valley

  • 100% Sauvignon Blanc

  • Clear, pale yellow color with wonderful Sauvignon aromas of blackcurrant leaf and lime flower. Fresh attack with good balance. Floral and mineral character with ample fruit flavor. Long, fruity, an acacia finish with a good balance of acidity and fruit. Can hold its own against a good Sancerre. Pairs well with appetizers, seafood, light food, and can also be enjoyed alone as an aperitif.

Jean-Marc & Mathieu Crochet Sancerre 2022 & 2023

  • Sancerre

  • 100% Sauvignon Blanc

  • It is a Sancerre with a lot of complexity: freshness, minerality, expressive on the nose with aromas of rhubarb, dried fruit, and almonds. The attack in the mouth is round and smooth with aromas of citrus fruits and white flowers. Pairs well with seafood, goat cheese, and other light

    fare.

Château de Fresne Coteaux du Layon Faye Grande Sélection (semi-sweet) 2017

  • Loire Valle

  • 100% Chenin Blanc

  • This is a lightly sweet wine with tastes of lemon, honey, dried apricot, and wildflowers. Would

pair nicely with spicy dishes, dessert, or enjoyed alone.
